Processes for recovering products from a corn fermentation mash

A process for recovering products from a fermentation mash, comprising:

• distilling fermentation mash to produce a whole stillage;
• and
• separating a first stream and a second stream from whole stillage, wherein the first stream is a fiber rich stream, and wherein separating the first stream and the second stream from whole stillage comprises separating whole stillage via one or more pressure screens, one or more centrifuges, one or more paddle screens, and combinations thereof, wherein the one or more pressure screens have screen openings with a size from 230 micrometers to less than 500 micrometers, and wherein the one or more paddle screens have screen openings with a size from 330 micrometers to less than 500 micrometers.

A process for recovering products from a fermentation mash, comprising:

• distilling fermentation mash to produce a whole stillage;
• and
• separating a first stream and a second stream from whole stillage, wherein the first stream is a fiber rich stream, and wherein separating the first stream and the second stream from whole stillage comprises separating whole stillage via one or more pressure screens, one or more centrifuges, one or more paddle screens, and combinations thereof, wherein the whole stillage is first separated via one or more pressure screens into the first stream and the second stream.
