Abstract
Described herein are methods, compositions, products, and processes that utilize bioceramics in traditional agricultural and hydroponic systems. The bioceramics are utilized in powder form, as films, as aerosols, as water based treatment systems, or in solid forms. The methods and bioceramic compositions described here are also used for growing a Cannabis plant. One or more cannabinoids within the plant can be used in therapeutic compositions for the treatment of glaucoma, AIDS wasting syndrome, neuropathic pain, cancer, multiple sclerosis, chemotherapy-induced nausea, and certain seizure disorders.
Claims18
A method of growing a plant from the Cannabacae family on a substrate, the method comprising:
- cultivating the plant from the Cannabaceae family on the substrate,
- wherein the substrate comprises kaolinite and tourmaline,
- wherein the substrate comprises less than 10% dry weight of nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), potassium (K), calcium (Ca), sulfur (S), magnesium (Mg), and sodium (Na), and
- wherein cultivating the plant on the substrate comprises increasing a total phytocannabinoid content of plant from the Cannabaceae family.
A method of growing a plant from the Cannabacae family on a substrate, the method comprising:
- cultivating the plant from the Cannabaceae family on the substrate,
- wherein the substrate comprises kaolinite and tourmaline,
- wherein the substrate comprises less than 0.01% dry weight of one or more trace minerals selected from the group consisting of:
- boron (B), chlorine (Cl), manganese (Mn), iron (Fe), zinc (Zn), copper (Cu), molybdenum (Mo), nickel (Ni), and cobalt (Co), and
