Systems and methods for impact resistant and photovoltaic windows

A computer-implemented method for analyzing a solar profile of a structure including at least one impact-resistant, photovoltaic (IRPV) window, the method implemented by an IRPV window system including a controller communicatively coupled to a computing device and an electrical component configured to collect an electrical output from the at least one IRPV window, the method comprising:

• generating, by the controller based, at least in part, upon the collected electrical output, the solar profile of the structure including the at least one IRPV window;
• and
• interconnecting the computing device to the controller, wherein the computing device is configured to (i) receive, from the controller, the solar profile, and (ii) determine, based upon the solar profile, whether a policy associated with the structure is eligible for at least one of a policy adjustment or a reward offer.

At least one non-transitory computer-readable storage medium having computer-executable instructions embodied thereon for analyzing a solar profile of a structure including at least one impact-resistant, photovoltaic (IRPV) window, wherein when executed by a controller of an IRPV window system and communicatively coupled to a computing device and an electrical component configured to collect an electrical output from the at least one IRPV window, the computer-executable instructions cause the controller to:

• generate, based, at least in part, upon the collected electrical output, the solar profile of the structure including the at least one IRPV window;
• and
• interconnect the computing device to the controller, wherein the computing device is configured to (i) receive, from the controller, the solar profile, and (ii) determine, based upon the solar profile, whether a policy associated with the structure is eligible for at least one of a policy adjustment or a reward offer.
