Apparatus, system, and method of providing a content level monitor

A level monitoring system for association with a content-filled container, comprising:

• a durable base capable of receiving the content-filled container, configured to dispense content via a dispenser due to gravitational pull on the content;
• a partial circuit on the content-filled container that becomes a complete circuit upon insertion of the content-filled container into the durable base, thereby forming a sensing module suitable to sense a content level;
• a spring-loaded connector in the durable base that snugs around a perimeter of the content-filled container to physically hold the content-filled container to the durable base, and to provide connectivity that completes the complete circuit of the sensing module;
• and
• a communications module suitable for receiving the content level from the sensing module, processing data and system state, and for communicating the content level to a user.
