Sustainable auto pulsed electromagnetic irradiation system for zero discharge water treatment

A pulsed electromagnetic irradiation system for water treatment comprising:

• a raw water supply unit, wherein the raw water supply unit is in fluid communication with a feed reactor through a water pump;
• a multimode, cavity enclosing the feed reactor;
• a brine outlet located at a bottom wall of the multimode cavity;
• a temperature sensor operatively connected to the brine outlet to gauge a temperature of a brine discharged through the brine outlet;
• a magnetron generator attached to a side wall of the multimode cavity, wherein the magnetron generator is configured to emit microwave pulses, wherein the magnetron generator is laterally and angularly positioned to project the microwave pulses through a duct in the side wall of the multimode cavity to heat the raw water within the multimode cavity until the raw water vaporizes to water vapor;
• a power supply located outside of the multimode cavity;
• a transformer located outside of the multimode cavity and connected to the power supply, wherein the transformer is operatively connected to provide power from the power supply to the magnetron generator;
• a temperature controller located outside of the multimode cavity and between the transformer and the power supply, wherein the temperature controller is operatively connected to switch power to the magnetron generator on and off based on the temperature of the brine;
• a stirring motor, wherein the stirring motor is positioned adjacent a bottom surface of the multimode cavity, wherein the stirring motor includes a motor shaft, a neodymium magnetic blade, and a polypropylene coated neodymium magnetic plate embedded on a borosilicate glass ball bearing propeller, the neodymium magnetic plate operatively attached to the motor shaft, wherein the stirring motor is configured to continuously turn the motor shaft to rotate the neodymium magnetic blade to stir the raw water within the feed reactor;
• a parabolic arm air cooled condenser, wherein the parabolic arm air cooled condenser is terminally connected by a lid to the feed reactor to be in fluid communication with the feed reactor, wherein the multimode cavity includes an opening in a top surface through which the lid protrudes, and wherein an outer surface of the parabolic arm air cooled condenser has waveform walls configured to provide an increased surface area for heat release from the outer surface;
• a gravity vacuum funnel connected to the outer surface of the parabolic arm air cooled condenser, wherein the gravity vacuum funnel is hermetically sealed to a first air/water cooled condenser to transfer water vapor output from the parabolic arm air cooled condenser to the first air/water cooled condenser, and wherein the first air/water cooled condenser is configured to output a first portion of a fresh water stream into a fresh water storage unit;
• a second air/water cooled condenser in fluid communication with the water pump;
• a third air/water cooled condenser in fluid communication with the second air/water cooled condenser, an intake port of the parabolic arm air cooled condenser and the first air/water cooled condenser;
• and
• a fourth air/water cooled condenser in fluid communication with a water valve at an outlet of the first air/water cooled condenser, wherein the fourth air/water cooled condenser is configured to cool a second portion of the fresh water stream and return the second portion of the cooled fresh water to a reserve water reservoir.
