An antibody that binds GCC, wherein the antibody comprises a VHH domain comprising complementarity determining region (CDR) 1, CDR2, and CDR3, and wherein:
- CDR1, CDR2, and CDR3 comprise SEQ ID NO:
- 294-296, respectively,
- CDR1, CDR2, and CDR3 comprise SEQ ID NO:
- 345-347, respectively, or
- CDR1, CDR2, and CDR3 comprise SEQ ID NO:
- 381-383, respectively.
