Method and apparatus for transmitting and receiving uplink control information

An apparatus for receiving uplink control information, applicable to a network device, comprising:

• a memory;
• and
• processor circuitry coupled to the memory and configured to:
• transmit configuration information via RRC signaling, the configuration information is used for configuration of one or a plurality of channel access types for PUCCHs used for transmitting HARQ feedback information by a terminal equipment, wherein the one or the plurality of channel access types comprising at least one of the following:
• a first channel access type not performing channel detection, a second channel access type containing a detection interval, a third channel access type containing a detection interval and a contention window;
• and
• receive a PUCCH with HARQ feedback information transmitted by the terminal equipment, wherein the PUCCH is transmitted, according to a channel access type of the PUCCH which is determined from the one or the plurality of channel access types, after a corresponding channel is detected as being idle by the terminal equipment, or without detecting the corresponding channel by the terminal equipment.
