Data transmission method and terminal device

A terminal device, comprising:

• a processor configured to obtain first configuration information, wherein the first configuration information is used to indicate to perform a first type of transmission on a target transmission resource, and wherein the first type of transmission is sidelink transmission between the terminal device and another terminal device;
• the processor configured to obtain second configuration information, wherein the second configuration information is used to indicate to perform a second type of transmission on the target transmission resource, and wherein the second type of transmission is uplink transmission between the terminal device and a network device;
• the processor configured to determine, according to a first rule, the first type of transmission or the second type of transmission as a target type of transmission;
• and
• a transceiver configured to perform data transmission with the target type of transmission on the target transmission resource,
• wherein the target transmission resource is an uplink symbol or flexible symbol in a slot structure configured by the network device, and
• wherein the first rule comprises:
• when a logical channel corresponding to the second type of transmission comprises a specified configuration, determining that the logical channel corresponding to the second type of transmission is a configured logical channel;
• and
• determining the second type of transmission as the target type of transmission in response to determining that the logical channel corresponding to the second type of transmission is the configured logical channel.
