Abstract
A method performed by a wireless communication device includes determining whether to transmit a first Sidelink Synchronization Signal (SLSS) according to a priority parameter when an occasion of the first SLSS collides with a Physical Sidelink Feedback Channel (PSFCH) that carries Sidelink Feedback Control Information (SFCI). The priority parameter is associated with a Physical Sidelink Shared Channel (PSSCH) that corresponds to the PSFCH.
Claims16
A wireless communication device comprising:
- a transceiver,
- one or more non-transitory computer-readable media having computer-executable instructions embodied thereon;
- and
- at least one processor coupled to the transceiver and the one or more non-transitory computer-readable media, and configured to execute the computer-executable instructions to:
- transmit, via the transceiver, UE capability information to perform concurrent uplink and sidelink transmissions;
- transmit, via the transceiver, a first Sidelink Synchronization Signal (SLSS) over sidelink communication and Sidelink Feedback Control Information (SFCI) over uplink communication concurrently;
- determine whether a total transmit (TX) power comprising power for the SLSS transmission and power for the SFCI transmission exceeds a power threshold;
- and
- conduct a power control process to adjust the total TX power based on the determination, the total TX power comprising a power adjustment for SLSS and a power adjustment for SFCI transmission.
A method for performing concurrent transmission by a user equipment (UE), the method comprising:
- transmitting UE capability information to perform concurrent uplink and sidelink transmissions;
- transmitting a first Sidelink Synchronization Signal (SLSS) over sidelink communication and Sidelink Feedback Control Information (SFCI) over uplink communication concurrently;
- determining whether a total transmit (TX) power comprising power for the SLSS transmission and power for the SFCI transmission exceeds a power threshold;
- and
- conducting a power control process to adjust the total TX power based on the determination, the total TX power comprising a power adjustment for SLSS and a power adjustment for SFCI transmission.
