Abstract
According to an embodiment, an electronic device, comprises a display; a camera module disposed under the display and configured to generate an image by sensing light passing through the display; and a processor configured to determine an intensity of a light source in the image, determine whether the light source is present in a preset area in the image when the intensity of the light source is greater than a preset threshold value, and reduce one or more artifacts from or in the image when the one or more artifacts are detected in the image based on results of the determining.
Claims22
An electronic device, comprising:
- a display;
- a camera module disposed under the display and configured to generate an image by sensing light from an outside passing through the display;
- and
- a processor configured to determine an intensity of a light source in the image, determine whether a predetermined portion of the image includes the light source when the intensity of the light source is greater than a preset threshold value, and when the predetermined portion includes the light source, reduce a flare artifact in the image.
An operation method of an electronic device, comprising:
- determining an intensity of a light source in an image obtained by sensing light from an outside passing through a display to a camera module disposed under the display;
- in response to the intensity of the light source being greater than a preset threshold value, determining whether a predetermined portion of the image includes the light source;
- and
- when the predetermined portion includes the light source, reducing a flare effect in the image.
