• messages are generated and transmitted by the remote extended-capability messaging appliance locally triggered by one or a plurality of factors selected from the group consisting of time and location, instruction, meeting criteria in an analyzed sensor data stream, meeting criteria in an analyzed actuator data stream, delivered by a mode selected from the group consisting from directly, via regional extended-capability messaging server, and via central extended-capability messaging server, and
• message to downstream message targets is selected from the group consisting of relayed and not relayed.
