Abstract
Systems and methods for a digital image transfer system for guaranteed high speed and failsafe transfer and deep learning analysis of complicated digital images. In particular, the transfer methods and systems are suited for medical images, such as CT and MR scans, especially when a large number of images needs to be transferred and looked at immediately, such as when a patient is acute danger of life.
Claims13
A modular digital image transfer system comprising:
- an input for receiving a plurality of digitized images,
- an output for transferring at least one digitized and processed image to a receiving device, and
- a dedicated system for processing comprising a multitude of parallel and/or serial operable processors, wherein at least>10 parallel operable processors are present, the dedicated system comprising
- an image inbox for digital images,
- an orchestrator orchestrating its modular structure and computing power comprising a rule engine, a virtual machine manager for managing the multitude of parallel and/or serial operable processors, a transceiver controller for performance monitoring, a queue arranger driver, an algorithm executor driver, an input in use receiving images from a message queue arranger, an output in use providing images to a reporting servicer, and an output in use providing instructions to an algorithm executor,
- the message queue arranger for determining queued files priority and to register assigned analysis algorithms in queue comprising an input in use receiving images from the image inbox, an input in use receiving image analysis results from the algorithm executor, an output in use providing instructions to the algorithm executor, an output in use providing images to the reporting servicer, and an output in use providing images to the orchestrator,
- the algorithm executor comprising image analysis algorithms, wherein the image analysis algorithms comprise at least two layers in use analysing the image, an input in use receiving images from the message queue arranger, an input in use receiving images from an image storage, an input in use receiving metadata from a metadata storage, an input in use receiving instructions from the orchestrator, an output in use providing processed images to the reporting servicer, and an output in use providing feedback to the message queue arranger,
- a data exchanger, comprising an input in use receiving instructions from a user, an output in use providing processed images to the reporting servicer, and an output in use providing unprocessed images to the reporting servicer, the reporting servicer comprising
- an input in use receiving processed images from the algorithm executor,
- an input in use receiving instructions from the algorithm executor,
- an input in use receiving images from a data exchange controller, and
- an output in use providing reports to the data exchange controller or user,
- a fast image transceiver in use receiving input from the data exchange controller and providing output to the orchestrator, the metadata storage, and the image storage.
