Configuring an electronic device using artificial intelligence

A method comprising:

• receiving a machine learning model from a cloud service, wherein the machine learning model is requested based on device metadata of an electronic device;
• receiving telemetry data from the electronic device, wherein the telemetry data represents usage data of the electronic device;
• inputting the telemetry data into the machine learning model to determine a notification to publish to the electronic device;
• publishing the notification to the electronic device, wherein the notification represents an event that is predicted to occur on the electronic device;
• and
• configuring the electronic device based on the notification.

A computer storage media that stores computer-executable instructions that are executable by a processor to cause an electronic device to at least:

• receive a machine learning model from a cloud service, wherein the machine learning model is requested based on device metadata of the electronic device;
• receive telemetry data from the electronic device, wherein the telemetry data represents usage data of the electronic device;
• input the telemetry data into the machine learning model to determine a notification to publish to the electronic device;
• publish the notification to the electronic device, wherein the notification represents an event that is predicted to occur on the electronic device;
• and
• configure the electronic device based on the notification.
