Transparent display device with touch sensor

A transparent display device, comprising:

• a substrate provided with a transmissive area and a non-transmissive area, the transmissive area being an area having transmittance of external light that exceeds about 90%;
• a touch sensor provided in the transmissive area over the substrate, the touch sensor including a touch sensor electrode;
• a pixel provided in the non-transmissive area over the substrate, the pixel including a plurality of light emitting elements, each of the plurality of light emitting elements including an anode electrode, a light emitting layer and a cathode electrode;
• a reference line provided in the non-transmissive area;
• a plurality of switching transistors connecting the reference line with each of the plurality of light emitting elements;
• and
• a touch transistor connecting the reference line with the touch sensor.

A transparent display device, comprising:

• a substrate provided with a transmissive area and a non-transmissive area, the transmissive area being an area having transmittance of external light that exceeds transmittance of the non-transmissive area;
• a touch sensor electrode provided in the transmissive area over the substrate;
• a pixel provided in the non-transmissive area over the substrate, the pixel including a plurality of light emitting elements, each of the plurality of light emitting elements including an anode electrode, a light emitting layer and a cathode electrode, the cathode electrode being disposed in the same layer as the touch sensor electrode;
• and
• a first undercut structure provided in the transmissive area, wherein the cathode electrode and the touch sensor electrode are separated from each other by the first undercut structure.
