Property resource location and information sharing system

A computer implemented system, comprising:

• a server including a non-transitory computer readable medium containing a program executable to:
• depict a graphical user interface on a display surface of a computing device;
• receive by user indications in said graphical user interface a property identifier of a property, wherein said property comprises a physical structure;
• depict a geographic representation on said display surface of said computing device;
• receive by user indications in said geographic representation a property location of said property;
• associated said property location with said property identifier;
• receive by user indications in said graphical user interface property metadata associated with said property;
• associate said property metadata with said property identifier;
• receive by user indications in said graphical user interface a resource identifier of a resource, wherein said resource comprises a physical element having a location in said physical structure;
• associate said resource identifier of said resource with said property identifier;
• receive by user indications in said graphical user interface resource metadata associated with said resource, wherein said resource metadata comprises an image of said physical element having said location in said physical structure;
• and
• associate said resource metadata with said resource identifier.
