Abstract
A memory sub-system comprises a power management component comprising a plurality of regulators configured to supply respective operating voltages for components of the memory sub-system. The power management component is configured to adjust a regulator voltage level provided to a particular component until an operation state change of the particular component is detected. The power management voltage level is further configured to determine a value of the regulator voltage level at which the operation state change of the particular component is detected.

An apparatus, comprising:
- a plurality of regulators configured to supply respective operating voltages for components of the apparatus;
- and
- a control component coupled to the plurality of regulators, the control component configured to:
- adjust an output voltage level of a regulator provided to a particular component to compare a number of different output voltage levels of the regulator respectively to a first threshold voltage level and a second threshold voltage level;
- and
- determine when an operation state change of the particular component has occurred during the adjustment of the output voltage level of the regulator.
An apparatus, comprising:
- a plurality of regulators configured to supply respective operating voltages for components of the apparatus;
- and
- a control component coupled to the plurality of regulators, the control component configured to:
- compare, in a first iteration, a number of different output voltage levels of a regulator to a first threshold voltage level until an operation state change of a particular component coupled to the regulator is detected;
- compare, in a second iteration, a number of different output voltage levels of the regulator to a second threshold voltage level until the operation state change of the particular component is detected;
- and
- determine a value of the regulator voltage level at which the operation state change of the particular component is detected based on the first threshold voltage level and the second threshold voltage level.
A method, comprising:
- adjusting an output voltage level of a regulator provided to a particular component to compare a number of different output voltage levels of the regulator respectively to a first threshold voltage level and a second threshold voltage level;
- and
- determining when an operation state change of a component coupled to the regulator has occurred during the adjustment of the output voltage level of the regulator.
