Disclosed are compounds of formula (I): and pharmaceutical compositions containing such compounds. Methods of treating neurological or psychiatric disease and disorders in a subject in need are also disclosed.

A compound of formula (I):
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof,
- wherein:
- Y is —C(R5R6)—;
- R1, R2, and R4 are each hydrogen;
- R3 is hydrogen or methyl;
- R5 and R6 are both hydrogen;
- R9 and R10 are chosen independently from hydrogen, halogen, hydroxyl, (C1-C6)alkyl, (C1-C6)haloalkyl and (C1-C6)alkoxy, wherein one or both of R9 and R10 is chosen from methyl and fluoro;
- R11, R12, R13 and R14 are each hydrogen.
