A compound of Formula I, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof:

- each R1 and R2 is independently H, F, or Cl:
- G1 and G2 are hydrogen;
- R is
- R3 is hydrogen, Cl, or F;
- R4 is hydrogen, C1-C3 alkyl, or C3-C6 cycloalkyl, wherein R4 is optionally substituted with 1-3 fluorines;
- R5 is C1-C3alkyl, C3-C4cycloalkyl;
- W is selected from:
- wherein R13 is methyl optionally substituted with 1 to 3 fluorines.
