Electric actuator for a motor vehicle heating, ventilation and/or air conditioning system

An electric actuator for driving a movable element for a heating, ventilation and/or air conditioning system of a motor vehicle, the electric actuator comprising:

• an electric motor comprising a stator and a rotor;
• a satellite ring gear comprising at least one satellite;
• an output wheel for being rotated by the satellite ring gear;
• and
• a drive wheel, directly connected to the rotor for being rotated by the rotor and for rotating the satellite ring gear,
• wherein the output wheel comprises an output star wheel for driving the movable element of the ventilation, heating and/or air conditioning system, the drive wheel being directly connected to the at least one satellite of the satellite ring gear,
• wherein the drive wheel comprises teeth, which engage with teeth of the at least one satellite of the satellite ring gear, allowing the satellite ring gear to be directly driven by the drive wheel,
• wherein the rotor of the electric motor and the drive wheel each comprise a hollow, and
• wherein the output star wheel is configured to pass through the hollow of the rotor and the hollow of the drive wheel such that the output star wheel fully passes through the electric motor.
