A pharmaceutical composition, comprising a cyclooxygenase 2 (COX-2) inhibitor, Val-boroPro or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient;
- wherein the COX-2 inhibitor is celecoxib, deracoxib, parecoxib, valdecoxib, rofecoxib, lumiracoxib, etoricoxib, or meloxicam.
