Abstract
A method of making an absorbent structure including mixing ultra-high molecular weight (“UHMW”) glyoxalated polyvinylamide adducts (“GPVM”) and/or high molecular weight (“HMW”), glyoxalated polyacrylamide and/or high cationic charge glyoxalated polyacrylamide (“GPAM”) copolymers and high molecular weight (“HMW”) anionic polyacrylamide (“APAM”) with the furnish during stock preparation of a wet laid papermaking process.
Claims14
A retail roll paper towel product comprising:
- a two ply wet laid product with cross direction wet strength of 80 to 200 N/m and basis weight range of 38-45 g/m2, where in the retail roll paper towel contains 0 to 0.1% by weight polyaminoamide-epihalohydrin.
A retail roll paper towel product comprising:
- a two ply wet laid product with cross direction wet strength of 80 to 200 N/m and caliper is 700 to 1300 microns, where in the retail roll paper towel contains 0 to 0.1% by weight polyaminoamide-epihalohydrin.
