Abstract
The present invention provides a recombinant exosome and uses thereof. More particularly, the present invention provides a recombinant exosome wherein a phagocytosis promoting protein is presented on the surface of the exosome.
Claims17
A pharmaceutical composition comprising:
- a recombinant exosome comprising on its surface a signal regulatory protein (SIRP), a fragment thereof, or a variant thereof that is fused to a protein non-naturally occurring in the exosome, wherein the protein non-naturally occurring in the exosome comprises a transmembrane domain, wherein the SIRP comprises the amino acid sequence of any one of SEQ ID Nos. 1-61, and wherein the recombinant exosome binds to a surface protein of a cancer cell more than a naturally occurring exosome does;
- an anticancer agent;
- and
- a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.

A pharmaceutical composition comprising:
- a recombinant exosome having Surfactant protein A, Surfactant protein D, an anti-CD47 antibody, or any combination thereof that is clustered in the form of a lipid raft on the surface of the recombinant exosome, wherein the recombinant exosome binds to a surface protein of a cancer cell more than a naturally occurring exosome does;
- an anticancer agent;
- and
- a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
