A crystal form A of a compound represented by formula (I) having an X-ray powder diffraction (XRPD) pattern comprising characteristic diffraction peaks with the following angles of 2θ:
- 5.56±0.2°, 15.56±0.2° and 16.17±0.2°,
A crystal form B of a compound represented by formula (I) having an X-ray powder diffraction pattern comprising characteristic diffraction peaks with the following angles of 2θ:
- 12.70±0.2°, 15.64±0.2° and 23.03±0.2°,
