Abstract
The present invention relates to bicyclic heterocycle compounds of Formula (I): and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, which are inhibitors of CD38 and are useful in the treatment of cancer.

A compound, which is 2-(1H-imidazol-1-yl)-8(((1r,4r)-4-(2-methoxyethoxy)cyclohexyl)amino)-5-methylpyrido[3,2-d]pyrimidin-6(5H)-one, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
A compound, which is 8-(((1r,4r)-4-(2-hydroxypropan-2-yl)cyclohexyl)amino)-2-(1H-imidazol-1-yl)-5-methylpyrido[3,2-d]pyrimidin-6(5H)-one, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
A compound, which is 8-(((1r,4r)-4-((2,2-difluoropropyl)amino)cyclohexyl)amino)-2-(1H-imidazol-1-yl)-5-methylpyrido[3,2-d]pyrimidin-6(5H)-one, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
