Abstract
An information processing device includes a communication unit and a control unit. The control unit is configured to determine a sprinkling mode based on information indicating the environment of a sprinkling place. The control unit is configured to send, through the communication unit, a notification indicating the sprinkling mode to at least one vehicle scheduled to travel in the sprinkling place.

A control device comprising a control unit configured to cause a sprinkling device to sprinkle discharge water at a sprinkling place, using a sprinkling mode determined based on information indicating an environment of the sprinkling place,
- wherein when the sprinkling mode is a mode in which discharge water with a temperature equal to or higher than a preset set temperature is sprinkled, the control device is configured to cause the sprinkling device to sprinkle discharge water maintained at a temperature equal to or higher than the preset set temperature by heat generated by a battery of a vehicle or generated by a motor of a vehicle.
