Diffuser of active agents such as insecticides, perfumes, detergents or disinfectants, and manufacturing process thereof

A diffuser of an active liquid agent imbued in a solid or gel-like support, for the treatment of a gaseous or liquid environment, the diffuser comprising:

• a container of the active liquid agent, closed by a grid configured to maintain in position the solid or gel-like support of said active liquid agent and to allow emanation of fluids of the active liquid agent, said grid being covered by an external barrier film that is configured to be peeled off of the diffuser at a first use of the container in order to make the grid operative to allow emission of the active liquid agent,
• wherein the container is closed by a single multilayer film comprising at least the external barrier layer, an inner sealing layer, and an intermediate release layer between the external barrier layer and the inner sealing layer, the inner sealing layer being internally structured with predefined incision portions which run through an entire thickness of the inner sealing layer according to a predefined pattern such that the predefined incision portions of the inner sealing layer are not laterally connected to a remaining part of the inner sealing layer and adhere to the external barrier layer,
• wherein the inner sealing layer is configured to form the grid, at the first use of the container, when the external barrier layer and the predefined incision portions of the inner sealing layer are simultaneously removed from the container.
