An ophthalmic system of an embodiment includes a slit lamp microscope, three dimensional image constructing unit, rendering processor, display controller, report creating unit, and report output unit. The slit lamp microscope includes a front image acquiring unit that photographs an anterior eye segment to acquire a front image, and an image collecting unit that photographs the anterior eye segment with slit light to collect a plurality of images. The three dimensional image constructing unit constructs a three dimensional image based on the collected images. The rendering processor applies rendering to the three dimensional image to construct a rendered image. The display controller displays the front image and the rendered image on a display device. The report creating unit includes a user interface used for creating a report on information displayed. The report output unit outputs the report.
