Abstract
Freshening composition having at least 70% by weight of the freshening composition of water, a perfume, wherein the perfume includes at least 60% by weight of the perfume, Perfume Raw Materials (“PRMs”) having C log P greater than 1; and at least 0.0015% by weight of the freshening composition of an alkoxylated aromatic.
Claims19
A freshening composition comprising:
- a) at least 70% by weight of the freshening composition of water;
- b) a perfume, wherein the perfume comprises at least 60% by weight of the perfume, Perfume Raw Materials having ClogP greater than 1;
- and
- c) at least 0.0015% by weight of the freshening composition of an alkoxylated aromatic;
- wherein the alkoxylated aromatic is according to Formula (I):
- wherein the index d is 0 or 1, and G is selected from C1-C4 alkylene;
- wherein Q is selected from 0, S, and NR3, where R3 is selected from the group consisting of H, C1-C15 alkyl, and (C2H4O)e(C3H6O)/R4;
- wherein α, e individually is a value selected from 1-30;
- b, f individually is a value selected from 0-15 and b is non-zero;
- wherein the value of a +b, the degree of alkoxylation, is from 3 to 30 when Q is O, S or NR3 and R3 is H or C1-C15 alkyl,
- wherein the value of a +b, the degree of alkoxylation, is from 1 to 20 when Q is NR3 and R3 is (C2H4O)e(C3H6O)/R4;
- wherein the value of e+f the degree of alkoxylation, is from 1 to 20 when Q is NR3 and R3 is (C2H4O)e(C3H6O)/R4;
- wherein R1, R4 is independently selected from H and C1-C4 alkyl;
- wherein c is a value selected from 0 to 5;
- wherein each R2 is independently selected from C1-C2 alkyl, C1-C2 alkoxy, and wherein any two vicinal R2 may combine to make an aliphatic or aromatic fused ring;
- wherein when Q is 0 and R1 is H, at least one of c or d is greater than 0.
