Abstract
An acceleration of a head of an occupant of a vehicle relative to the vehicle is determined based on data describing motion of the vehicle and respective poses of the head from a plurality of consecutive frames of image data. A vehicle suspension is adjusted based on the determined acceleration.

A system, comprising a computer including a processor and a memory, the memory storing instructions executable by the processor to:
- identify a lateral acceleration of a vehicle and a longitudinal acceleration of the vehicle;
- determine an acceleration of a head of an occupant of the vehicle relative to the vehicle based on a difference between the lateral and longitudinal accelerations of the vehicle and an angular acceleration of the head, the angular acceleration of the head being based on respective poses of the head from a plurality of consecutive frames of image data;
- and
- adjust a vehicle suspension based on the determined acceleration.

A method, comprising:
- identifying a lateral acceleration of a vehicle and a longitudinal acceleration of the vehicle;
