Embossed multi-ply fibrous structures that exhibit a Geometric Mean Elongation of greater than 15.8% as measured according to the Elongation Test Method are provided.

An embossed two-ply toilet tissue comprising at least one embossed through-air-dried fibrous structure ply, wherein the embossed two-ply fibrous structure comprises hardwood pulp fibers and softwood pulp fibers, wherein the embossed two-ply toilet tissue exhibits a Geometric Mean Elongation of greater than 15.8% as measured according to the Elongation Test Method and an initial total wet tensile of less than 2974 g/cm.
