Compositions comprising Methylobacterium with anti-fungal activity, methods for controlling plant pathogenic fungi, and methods of making the compositions are provided.

A method of treating a plant or plant part to increase plant yield, wherein said method comprises spraying, coating, partially coating, immersing, and/or imbibing the plant or plant part with a composition comprising a fermentation product comprising a Methylobacterium strain selected from the group consisting of NLS0109 (NRRL B-67340) and a derivative of NLS0109, wherein the derivative of NLS0109 has a sequence of any one of SEQ ID NOS:
