Abstract
A method for manufacturing a magnetic data line includes steps of providing a plurality of metal wires; forming a rubber layer around the plurality of metal wires, magnetizing the rubber layer to make the rubber layer magnetic; and baking the rubber layer that is magnetic within a predetermined time under a predetermined temperature to make magnetic poles of the rubber layer stable to obtain the magnetic data line. The rubber layer is made from a mixture containing at least rubber and magnetic powder.
Claims18
A method for manufacturing a magnetic data line, comprising:
- providing a plurality of metal wires;
- forming a rubber layer around the plurality of metal wires, wherein the rubber layer is made from a mixture containing at least rubber and magnetic powder;
- magnetizing the rubber layer to make the rubber layer magnetic;
- and
- baking the rubber layer that is magnetic within a predetermined time under a predetermined temperature to make magnetic poles of the rubber layer stable to obtain the magnetic data line.
