Abstract
The invention relates to a paver supporting apparatus and generally includes a modular grid having a body and a plurality of planar adhesive receiving sections extending across a width thereof. The body includes a top surface, a bottom surface positioned opposite the top surface, a plurality of geometric lattices provided from a plurality of walls. The plurality of planar adhesive receiving sections are positioned between the geometric lattices and have a width greater than each of the plurality of walls.
Claims15
A paver supporting apparatus comprising:
- a modular grid having a body having:
- a top surface,
- a bottom surface positioned opposite the top surface,
- a plurality of pedestal receivers receiving a plurality of pedestals extending along the bottom surface up through the top surface;
- a plurality of geometric lattices provided from a plurality of walls, and
- a plurality of planar adhesive receiving sections extending across a width thereof and having a width greater than each of the plurality of walls.

A paver supporting apparatus comprising:
- a modular grid having a body having:
- a top surface,
- a bottom surface positioned opposite the top surface,
- a plurality of geometric lattices provided from a plurality of walls with openings therebetween, and
- a plurality of ballast receiving openings positioned along a tapered length adjacent the plurality of walls, the plurality of ballast receiving openings tapering from the top surface to the bottom surface and have a greater circumference than a circumference of the openings in the plurality of geometric lattices;
- and
- a plurality of planar adhesive receiving sections extending across a width thereof and positioned between the geometric lattices and having a width greater than each of the plurality of walls.
