Myelination stimulator compounds, and methods of treatment

A compound of Formula I:

• or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein:
• each R1 is independently H, alkyl substituted with 1-3 independent R4;
• each R2 is independently alkyl substituted with 1-3 independent R4;
• or
• R1 and R2 taken together with the nitrogen atom to which they are attached form a heterocycloalkyl ring having 1, 2, or 3 heteroatoms selected from N, O, and S, wherein the heterocycloalkyl ring may be optionally substituted with 1-3 independent R4;
• each R3 is independently alkyl, alkoxy, amino, halo, C(O)R5, C(O)OR5, SR5, or NR5R6;
• each R4 is independently alkoxy, or aryl optionally substituted with 1-3 independent R7;
• each R5 is independently H, or alkyl;
• each R6 is independently H, or alkyl;
• each R7 is independently alkyl, alkoxy, amino, halo, C(O)R5, C(O)OR5, SR5, S(O)2R5, S(O)2NR5R6, or NR5R6;
• n is 0, 1, 2, 3, or 4;
• and
• m is 1,2, 3, or 4.
