Abstract
A bakuchiol derivative, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a preparation method and use of the same. The bakuchiol derivative has a structure shown in formula (I): The above series of amphiphilic antibacterial compounds based on bakuchiol have comparatively excellent antibacterial activities and can overcome the generation of drug resistance of bacteria in drug resistance research simulated in a laboratory.

A bakuchiol derivative and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, selected from a compound of any of the following general formulae:
- R22 and R23 are each independently selected from:

- R32 and R33 are each independently selected from:
- —H;
- wherein R14, R24, R34 and R44 are each independently selected from:
- guanidyl, —NR4R5 or 5- to 20-membered nitrogen-containing heteroaryl;
- R4 and R5 are each independently selected from:
- —H;
- R26, R35, R36, R45 and R46 are each independently selected from:
- C1-6 alkyl;
- R28, R38 and R48 are each independently selected from:
- —H or halogen;
- each of n1, n2, n3 and n4 is independently 0, 1, 2, 3 or 4;
- n is an integer from 1 to 10.
