## Abstract

Systems, methods, and apparatus for communicating transport block repetitions are disclosed. An example method performed by a wireless device includes receiving an assignment of radio resources corresponding to two or more transmissions with first start and length pairs, each transmission comprising a transport block repetition, where at least one of the first start and length pairs violates a time-domain allocation restriction. The wireless device determines second start and length pairs for the two or more transmissions such that the time-domain allocation restriction is not violated. The wireless device transmits the two or more transmissions according to the determined second start and length pairs.

## Claims

### Claim 1

A method performed by a wireless device for sending transport block repetitions, the method comprising:
receiving an assignment of radio resources corresponding to two or more transmissions with first start and length pairs, each transmission comprising a transport block repetition, wherein at least one of the first start and length pairs violates a time-domain allocation restriction;
determining second start and length pairs for the two or more transmissions such that the time-domain allocation restriction is not violated; and
transmitting the two or more transmissions having the determined second start and length pairs according to the determined second start and length pairs;
wherein the two or more transmitted transmissions comprise a first transmission and a second transmission, the first transmission comprising a first portion and a second portion; and
wherein transmitting the first transmission further comprises transmitting such that the first portion occurs prior to a first slot border and the second portion occurs after the first slot border.

### Claim 2 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1 the determining further comprising:
for the at least one of the first start and length pairs that violates the time-domain allocation restriction, determining (i) a second start value that is larger or equal to a first start value and/or (ii) a second length value that is less than a first length value.

### Claim 3 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1 further comprising:
for the at least one of the first start and length pairs that violates the time-domain allocation restriction, determining a transport block size based on (i) a first start and length pair; or (ii) a second start and length pair.

### Claim 4 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1 further comprising:
determining a second start and length pair from a table of different configured start and length entries.

### Claim 5 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1 further comprising:
determining a second start and length pair based on a slot border location.

### Claim 6 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1 further comprising:
determining a second start and length pair based on a slot border location and a first length.

### Claim 7

A computer program product comprising a non-transitory computer readable medium storing computer readable program code, the computer readable program code operable, when executed by processing circuitry to perform operations comprising:
receiving an assignment of radio resources corresponding to two or more transmissions with first start and length pairs, each transmission comprising a transport block repetition, wherein at least one of the first start and length pairs violates a time-domain allocation restriction;
determining second start and length pairs for the two or more transmissions such that the time-domain allocation restriction is not violated; and
transmitting the two or more transmissions having the determined second start and length pairs according to the determined second start and length pairs;
wherein the two or more transmitted transmissions comprise a first transmission and a second transmission, the first transmission comprising a first portion and a second portion; and
wherein transmitting the first transmission further comprises transmitting such that the first portion occurs prior to a first slot border and the second portion occurs after the first slot border.

### Claim 8 (depends on 7)

The computer program product of claim 7, the determining further comprising:
for the at least one of the first start and length pairs that violates the time-domain allocation restriction, determining (i) a second start value that is larger or equal to a first start value and/or (ii) a second length value that is less than a first length value.

### Claim 9 (depends on 7)

The computer program product of claim 7, further comprising:
for the at least one of the first start and length pairs that violates the time-domain allocation restriction, determining a transport block size based on (i) a first start and length pair; or (ii) a second start and length pair.

### Claim 10 (depends on 7)

The computer program product of claim 7, further comprising:
determining a second start and length pair from a table of different configured start and length entries.

### Claim 11 (depends on 7)

The computer program product of claim 7, further comprising:
determining a second start and length pair based on a slot border location.

### Claim 12 (depends on 7)

The computer program product of claim 7, further comprising:
determining a second start and length pair based on a slot border location and a first length.

### Claim 13

A system comprising:
