Abstract
A device for a wireless power transfer system includes a housing and a conductor wire forming a coil arranged in the housing. The coil has a first topology. The conductor wire is rearrangeable such that the coil is given a second topology instead of the first topology. The first topology and the second topology are different from each other.

A device for a wireless power transfer system, the device comprising a housing and a conductor wire forming a coil arranged in the housing, the coil having a first topology, wherein the conductor wire is rearrangeable such that the coil is given a second topology instead of the first topology, the first topology and the second topology being different from each other, wherein the device comprises an actuator for moving the conductor wire from the first topology to the second topology, and from the second topology to the first topology.
