Abstract
This base proliferating agent is represented by formula (1) or (2), where, in formula (1) and (2), R1, R2, and R3 independently represent a hydrogen atom or a substituent and n independently represents an integer from 1 to 4. A base-reactive resin composition can include this base proliferating agent and a base-reactive compound.
Claims4
A thermally curable resin composition comprising a base proliferating agent represented by formula (1) or (2):
- wherein in formula (1), R1, R2 and R3 are each independently a hydrogen atom or a substituent, and n is each independently an integer of 1 to 4,
- wherein in formula (2), R4 is each independently a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group having a carbon number of 1 to 6, an aryl group having a carbon number of 6 to 12, a halogen atom, a nitro group, a nitroso group or a cyano group, or R4 is connected to each other to form a ring;
- R5 is each independently a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having a carbon number of 1 to 6;
- and R6 is a hydrogen atom or a substituent, and n is each independently an integer of 1 to 4.
