Abstract
A wireless device may receive at least one control message. The at least one control message may comprise at least one pathloss reference parameter that may indicate a downlink carrier.

A method comprising:
- receiving, by a wireless device from a base station, at least one control message comprising a pathloss reference parameter that:
- is associated with a secondary cell (SCell) in a cell group of a plurality of cell groups;
- and
- indicates, as a pathloss reference, either:
- a downlink carrier associated with the SCell;
- or
- a downlink carrier associated with a primary cell, wherein the primary cell is associated with the cell group of the SCell;
- and
- transmitting, based on the pathloss reference parameter, an uplink signal via the SCell.

- one or more processors;
- and
- memory storing instructions that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the wireless device to:
- receive, from a base station, at least one control message comprising a pathloss reference parameter that:

- indicates, as a pathloss reference, either:

- wherein the instructions stored in the memory of the wireless device, when executed by the one or more processors of the wireless device, cause the wireless device to:
- receive the at least one control message;
- and
- transmit, based on the pathloss reference parameter, an uplink signal via the SCell.
