Communication method, terminal device, and network device

A terminal device, comprising:

• a processor;
• and
• a memory,
• wherein the memory is used for storing a computer program, and the processor is used for calling the computer program from the memory and running the computer program stored in the memory, so as to:
• receive a first signal sent by a network device over an unlicensed spectrum, wherein the first signal is used for indicating that the network device obtains a channel resource of the unlicensed spectrum;
• determine a first time-domain resource position of a second signal based on the first signal, wherein the second signal is used for indicating information needed to be obtained by the network device for implementing communication with the terminal device by using the channel resource of the unlicensed spectrum, or the second signal is a downlink reference signal;
• receive the second signal sent by the network device over the unlicensed spectrum based on the determined first time-domain resource position,
• wherein the processing unit is specifically used for:
• determining a time slot where the second signal is located based on a symbol position occupied by the first signal in a time slot where the first signal is located,
• wherein the processing unit is specifically used for:
• determining a remaining symbol in the time slot where the first signal is located based on the symbol position;
• and
• determining the time slot where the second signal is located based on the remaining symbol.

A network device, comprising:

• a processor;
• and
• a memory, wherein the memory is used for storing a computer program, and the processor is used for calling the computer program from the memory and running the computer program stored in the memory, so as to:
• send a first signal to a terminal device over an unlicensed spectrum, wherein the first signal is used for indicating that the network device obtains a channel resource of the unlicensed spectrum;
• determine a first time-domain resource position of a second signal based on a first signal, wherein the second signal is used for indicating information needed to be obtained by the network device for implementing communication with the terminal device by using the channel resource of the unlicensed spectrum, or the second signal is a downlink reference signal;
• send the second signal to the terminal device over the unlicensed spectrum based on the first time-domain resource position,
• wherein the processing unit is specifically used for:
• determining a time slot where the second signal is located based on a symbol position occupied by the first signal in a time slot where the first signal is located,
• wherein the processing unit is specifically used for:
• determining a remaining symbol in the time slot where the first signal is located based on the symbol position;
• and
• determining the time slot where the second signal is located based on the remaining symbol.
