Code rate control method and apparatus, image acquisition device, and readable storage medium

A bit rate control apparatus, which is applicable to an image acquisition device in which correspondence relations between reference distortion degrees and different gains as well as different exposure times of the image acquisition device are pre-stored, the apparatus comprising:

• an acquisition module configured to acquire a gain and an exposure time of an image to be encoded;
• an obtaining module configured to obtain a corresponding reference distortion degree according to the gain and the exposure time of the image to be encoded;
• a calculation module configured to calculate a difference between the reference distortion degree and a distortion degree of a feature region in the image to be encoded;
• wherein the calculation module is further configured to calculate a distortion tolerance of each macroblock constituting the image to be encoded according to the difference between the reference distortion degree and the distortion degree of the feature region in the image to be encoded;
• a prediction module configured to perform prediction on each macroblock in the image to be encoded based on the distortion tolerance of each macroblock constituting the image to be encoded to obtain an optimal macroblock prediction mode;
• and
• an encoding module configured to encode the image to be encoded corresponding to the optimal macroblock prediction mode to complete a bit rate control of the image to be encoded.
