Abstract
Embodiments of this application disclose example data compression methods and example base stations. One example method includes obtaining, by a base station, identification information of at least one of a data compression device or a data decompression device. A dictionary can then be generated based on the identification information. The dictionary can then be sent to the data compression device and the data decompression device to enable the data compression device and the data decompression device to perform data compression and data transmission based on the dictionary.
Claims20
A data compression method, comprising:
- obtaining, by a base station, identification information of at least one of a data compression device or a data decompression device;
- generating a dictionary based on the identification information;
- sending the dictionary to the data compression device and the data decompression device to enable the data compression device and the data decompression device to perform data compression and data transmission based on the dictionary;
- sending the dictionary to a control device for storage;
- and
- when the base station is powered off and then powered on again, obtaining the dictionary from the control device.
A base station, comprising:
- a transceiver;
- at least one processor;
- and
- one or more memories coupled to the at least one processor and storing programming instructions for execution by the at least one processor to:
- obtain, by the transceiver, identification information of at least one of a data compression device or a data decompression device;
- generate a dictionary based on the identification information;
- send the dictionary to the data compression device and the data decompression device to enable the data compression device and the data decompression device to perform data compression and data transmission based on the dictionary;
- send the dictionary to a control device for storage;
- and
- when the base station is powered off and then powered on again, obtain the dictionary from the control device.
A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing programming instructions for execution by at least one processor to:
- obtain identification information of at least one of a data compression device or a data decompression device;
- generate a dictionary based on the identification information;
- send the dictionary to the data compression device and the data decompression device to enable the data compression device and the data decompression device to perform data compression and data transmission based on the dictionary;
- send the dictionary to a control device for storage;
- and
- when a base station is powered off and then powered on again, obtain the dictionary from the control device.
