Abstract
A device may receive, from a user device, connector panel information associated with a connector panel. The connector panel may provide a connection, via a port, for a service of a network. The device may receive an image that depicts a physical configuration of the connector panel. The device may process, using a port analysis model, the image to identify a port status of a port of the connector panel. The device may determine, based on the port status, that the port is available for the connection. The device may provide, to the user device, instructions for using the port for the connection. The device may obtain a verification that the connection has been established via the port. The device may perform one or more actions associated with providing the service.
Claims20
A method, comprising:
- analyzing, by a device and based on connector panel information that is associated with a connector panel of a network, an image that depicts a physical configuration of the connector panel, to identify a port status of a port of the connector panel,
- wherein analyzing the image comprises providing the image to a port analysis model as input,
- wherein the port analysis model is trained based on a plurality of historical images of other physical configurations of other connector panels that are associated with connector panel information,
- applying, by the port analysis model, a you-only-look-once algorithm or a single shot multibox detector algorithm to identify a set of bounding boxes encompassing a set of ports, including the port, of the connector panel within the image, and
- determining, by the port analysis model, the port status based on the set of bounding boxes;
- determining, by the device and based on the port status, whether the port is available for connection;
- updating, by the device and to a user device, a port status mapping based on determining whether the port is available for the connection;
- and
- causing, by the device, a modification to the connector panel based on the updated port status mapping.
A non-transitory computer-readable medium storing a set of instructions, the set of instructions comprising:
- one or more instructions that, when executed by one or more processors of a device, cause the device to:
- analyze, based on connector panel information that is associated with a connector panel of a network, an image that depicts a physical configuration of the connector panel, to identify a port status of a port of the connector panel,
- wherein the one or more processors, to analyze the image, are configured to provide the image to a port analysis model as input,
- wherein the port analysis model is trained based on a plurality of historical images of other physical configurations of other connector panels that are associated with connector panel information,
- apply, by the port analysis model, a you-only-look-once algorithm or a single shot multibox detector algorithm to identify a set of bounding boxes encompassing a set of ports, including the port, of the connector panel within the image, and
- determine, by the port analysis model, the port status based on the set of bounding boxes;
- determine, based on the port status, whether the port is available for connection;
- update, to a user device, a port status mapping based on determining whether the port is available for the connection;
- and
- cause a modification to the connector panel based on the updated port status mapping.
A device, comprising:
- one or more processors configured to:
- analyze, based on connector panel information that is associated with a connector panel of a network, an image that depicts a physical configuration of the connector panel, to identify a port status of a port of the connector panel,
- wherein the one or more processors, to analyze the image, are configured to provide the image to a port analysis model as input,
- wherein the port analysis model is trained based on a plurality of historical images of other physical configurations of other connector panels that are associated with connector panel information,
- apply, by the port analysis model, a you-only-look-once algorithm or a single shot multibox detector algorithm to identify a set of bounding boxes encompassing a set of ports, including the port, of the connector panel within the image, and
- determine, by the port analysis model, the port status based on the set of bounding boxes;
- determine, based on the port status, whether the port is available for connection;
- update, to a user device, a port status mapping based on determining whether the port is available for the connection, and
- cause a modification to the connector panel based on the updated port status mapping.
