Securing displayed data on computing devices

A computing device comprising:

• a camera;
• a display;
• and
• a processor operatively coupled to the camera, display, and a memory having instructions executable by the processor to cause the computing device to:
• capture an image in a field of view of the camera of the computing device;
• identify a location of the computing device;
• determine, using facial recognition on the image, a human face is that of an unauthorized user of the computing device;
• and
• in response to determining that the human face is of the unauthorized user of the computing device, modify at least a portion of content displayed on the display of the computing device from an original language to a different language based on an adoption rate of the different language in the location of the computing device, wherein the adoption rate of the different language is less than an adoption threshold at the location of the computing device.

A computer readable storage medium associated with a computing device having a camera, a display, and a processor operatively coupled to one another, the computer readable storage medium having instructions executable by the processor to cause the computing device to:

• capture an image in a field of view of the camera of the computing device;
• identify a location of the computing device;
• determine, using facial recognition on the image, a human face is that of an unauthorized user of the computing device;
• and
• in response to determining that the human face is of the unauthorized user of the computing device, modify at least a portion of content displayed on the display of the computing device from an original language to a different language based on an adoption rate of the different language in the location of the computing device, wherein the adoption rate of the different language is less than an adoption threshold at the location of the computing device.
