Power saving operations for communication systems

A wireless device, comprising:

• one or more processors;
• and
• memory storing instructions that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the wireless device to:
• receive one or more radio resource control (RRC) messages comprising:
• at least one first parameter indicating a first time offset for downlink scheduling of a first cell and
• at least one second parameter indicating a second time offset for downlink scheduling of a second cell;
• receive downlink control information (DCI) comprising an indication of the first time offset for reception of at least one downlink transport block via at least one physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) resource of the first cell;
• and
• receive, via the at least one PDSCH resource and after the first time offset, the at least one downlink transport block.

A non-transitory computer-readable medium comprising instructions that, when executed, configure a wireless device to:

• receive one or more radio resource control (RRC) messages comprising:
• at least one first parameter indicating a first time offset for downlink scheduling of a first cell;
• and
• at least one second parameter indicating a second time offset for downlink scheduling of a second cell;
• receive downlink control information (DCI) comprising an indication of the first time offset for reception of at least one downlink transport block via at least one physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) resource of the first cell;
• and
• receive, via the at least one PDSCH resource and after the first time offset, the at least one downlink transport block.
