Abstract
Embodiments of a device and method are disclosed. In an embodiment, a method of network diagnostic of a network deployed at a customer site involves at a cloud server connected to the network deployed at the customer site, collecting connectivity state information of the network deployed at the customer site and at the cloud server, performing a network diagnostic operation based on the connectivity state information.
Claims18
A method of network diagnostic of a network deployed at a customer site, the method comprising:
- at a cloud server connected to the network deployed at the customer site, collecting connectivity state information of the network deployed at the customer site, wherein the connectivity state information comprises Link Layer Discovery Protocol (LLDP) state information, routing state information, link layer forwarding state information, and wireless state information of a plurality of wireless devices to identify a path entry point and wireless traffic tunnel configuration;
- and
- at the cloud server, performing a network diagnostic operation based on the connectivity state information.
A cloud server for network diagnostic of a network deployed at a customer site, the cloud server comprising:
- memory;
- and
- one or more processors configured to:
- collect connectivity state information of the network deployed at the customer site, wherein the connectivity state information comprises Link Layer Discovery Protocol (LLDP) state information, routing state information, link layer forwarding state information, and wireless state information of a plurality of wireless devices to identify a path entry point and wireless traffic tunnel configuration;
- and
- perform a network diagnostic operation based on the connectivity state information.
A method of network diagnostic of a network deployed at a customer site, the method comprising:
- at a cloud server connected to the network deployed at the customer site, collecting connectivity state information of the network deployed at the customer site, wherein the connectivity state information comprises Link Layer Discovery Protocol (LLDP) state information, routing state information, link layer forwarding state information, and wireless state information of a plurality of wireless devices to identify a path entry point and wireless traffic tunnel configuration, and wherein the connectivity state information is represented as time series data;
- and
- at the cloud server, performing a network diagnostic operation based on the connectivity state information.
