Abstract
This disclosure discloses a method of manufacturing a light-emitting device includes steps of providing a first substrate with a plurality of first light-emitting elements and adhesive units arranged thereon, providing a second substrate with a first group of second light-emitting elements and a second group of second light-emitting elements arranged thereon, and connecting the a second group of second light-emitting elements and the adhesive units. The first light-emitting elements and the first group of second light-emitting elements are partially or wholly overlapped with each other during connecting the second group of second light-emitting elements and the adhesive units.
Claims14
A method of manufacturing a light-emitting device, comprising:
- providing a first substrate, a first light-emitting element on the first substrate, and a second light-emitting element on the first substrate, the first substrate comprising a first adhesive portion and a second adhesive portion which are separated from each other;
- providing a second substrate, a third light-emitting element on the second substrate, and a fourth light-emitting element on the second substrate;
- and
- connecting the third light-emitting element to the first adhesive portion and the second adhesive portion;
- wherein, in the connecting step, the fourth light-emitting element is overlapped with the first light-emitting element;
- wherein, after the connecting step, the third light-emitting element is arranged between the first light-emitting element and the second light-emitting element without being interposed by any other light-emitting element thereamong, and a distance between the third light-emitting element and the first light-emitting element is different from a distance between the third light-emitting element and the second light-emitting element.
A method of manufacturing a light-emitting device, comprising:
- providing a first substrate, a first light-emitting element on the first substrate, and a second light-emitting element on the first substrate, the first substrate comprising a first adhesive portion and a second adhesive portion which are separated from each other;
- providing a second substrate comprising an intermediate layer, and a third light-emitting element on the second substrate;
- forming a first protrusion in the intermediate layer to push the third light-emitting element away from the second substrate;
- connecting the third light-emitting element to the first adhesive portion and the second adhesive portion;
- providing a first substrate, a first light-emitting element on the first substrate, and a second light-emitting element on the first substrate, the first substrate comprising a first adhesive portion and a second adhesive portion which are separated from each other;
- providing a second substrate comprising an intermediate layer, and a third light-emitting element on the second substrate, the third light-emitting element comprising a first electrode and a second electrode which have different polarities;
- forming a first protrusion in the intermediate layer to push the third light-emitting element to the first substrate;
- connecting the first electrode to the first adhesive portion, and connecting the second electrode to the second adhesive portion;
