Systems and methods of application of machine learning to traffic data for vehicle recommendation

A computer system for providing product recommendations based on traffic camera data, the computer system comprising:

• at least one memory having processor-readable instructions stored therein;
• and
• at least one processor configured to access the memory and execute the processor-readable instructions, which when executed by the processor configures the processor to perform a plurality of functions, including functions for:
• acquiring traffic data from a plurality of traffic cameras;
• determining vehicle information, based on the traffic data from the plurality of traffic cameras using one or more machine learning models, wherein the one or more machine learning models analyze the traffic data to identify the one or more of the vehicle information;
• selecting at least one available product for purchase, wherein the at least one available product matches one or more predetermined requirements based on the determined vehicle information;
• and
• transmitting a recommendation to a user based on the selected at least one available product for purchase.

A computer-implemented method for providing product recommendations based on traffic camera data, the method comprising:

• acquiring, by one or more processors, traffic data from a plurality of traffic cameras;
• determining, by the one or more processors using one or more machine learning models, one or more of vehicle information, average idling time of vehicles, or accident information based on the traffic data from the plurality of traffic cameras, wherein:
• the one or more machine learning models analyze the traffic data to identify the one or more of the vehicle information, the average idling time of vehicles, or the accident information;
• the one or more machine learning models is trained based on one or more of the traffic data, available vehicles data, or user route data;
• the determining, by the one or more processors, accident information based on the traffic data from the plurality of traffic cameras further comprises identifying at least one category of accidents;
• and
• the determining, by the one or more processors, the average idling time of vehicles is based on traffic light data from the plurality of traffic cameras;
• selecting, by the one or more processors, at least one available product for purchase, wherein the at least one available product matches one or more predetermined requirements based on the determined one or more of the vehicle information, the average idling time, or the accident information;
• and
• transmitting, by the one or more processors, a recommendation to a user based on the selected at least one available product for purchase.
