Abstract
A system includes a determination unit configured to determine whether an estimated setting value is settable on a device based on device information obtained by the obtaining unit, and an adjustment unit configured to adjust, if the determination unit determines that the estimated setting value is unable to be set, the estimated setting value. The device used by the user displays the setting value adjusted by the adjustment unit as a setting value related to device processing.
Claims10
A system for making an estimate using a trained model which is generated by performing training based on collected date on a device, the system comprising:
- at least one memory that stores instructions;
- and
- at least one processor that execute the instructions to perform:
- obtaining device information about a device being used by a user;
- using the trained model to estimate a setting value related to a process to be performed by the device being used by the user;
- determining whether the estimated setting value is settable on the device based on the obtained device information;
- and
- adjusting the estimated setting value if it is determined that the estimated setting value is unable to be set,
- wherein the device being used by the user displays the adjusted setting value as a setting value related to the process to be performed by the device.
A method for controlling a system for making an estimate using a trained model that is generated by performing training based on collected data on a device, the method comprising:
- obtaining device information about a device being used by a user;
- using the trained model to estimate a setting value related to a process to be performed by the device being used by the user;
- determining whether the estimated setting value is settable on the device based on the obtained device information;
- and
- adjusting the estimated setting value, if the estimated setting value is unable to be set,
- wherein the device being used by a user displays the adjusted setting value as a setting value related to the process to be performed by the device.
A computer-readable non-transitory storage medium storing a program to be executed in a system for causing a computer to perform operations for making an estimate using a trained model that is generated by performing training based on collected date on a device, the operations comprising:
- obtaining device information about a device being used by a user;
- using the trained model to estimate a setting value related to a process to be performed by the device being used by the user;
- determining whether the estimated setting value is settable on the device based on the obtained device information;
- and
- adjusting the estimated setting value, if the estimated setting value is unable to be set,
- wherein the device being used by a user displays the adjusted setting value as a setting value related to the process to be performed by the device.
