A cable comprises a protective jacket and a plurality of conductor bundles symmetrically arranged within the protective jacket. The cable comprises optical fibers arranged within the protective jacket relative to the plurality of conductor bundles such that an orthogonal mode electrical field symmetry for the plurality of conductor bundles is retained.

A cable comprising:
- a protective jacket;
- a plurality of conductor bundles symmetrically arranged within the protective jacket;
- and
- bare optical fibers arranged within the protective jacket relative to the plurality of conductor bundles such that an orthogonal mode electrical field symmetry for the plurality of conductor bundles is retained.

- a tool to be positioned in a wellbore;
- a device to be positioned at a surface of the wellbore;

- a cable to couple the tool to the device, wherein the cable comprises,
- a protective jacket;
